Construction & Interior Execution

From foundation to final finish, we execute the design on the ground — civil works, interiors, joinery, services and finishes — keeping the gap between the drawing and the built thing as small as possible.

How it works
01

How we start

We freeze the design and the budget, draw up a detailed scope and schedule, and mobilise the right team of craftsmen and fabricators. A clear bill of quantities and timeline is agreed before the first brick is laid.

02

How we handle it

Our team runs the site day to day — coordinating trades, checking quality against the drawings, managing materials and keeping you updated with regular progress reviews. Because we both designed and build it, decisions on site stay true to the intent.

03

How we deliver

We hand over a finished, snag-checked space — cleaned, commissioned and photographed — exactly as it was drawn, with the quality the design deserves.

The work schedule

From the first brief to handover.

Every project runs through the same clear set of phases, so you always know exactly where things stand.

01
Phase 01 · Week 1–2

Mobilisation

We freeze the design and budget, draw up a detailed bill of quantities and schedule, and mobilise the right team of craftsmen and fabricators before the first brick is laid.

02
Phase 02 · Month 1–3

Civil & structure

Foundation, RCC frame and masonry go up on site, set out and checked against the drawings — the bones of the building.

03
Phase 03 · Month 3–4

Services & MEP

Plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other services are run and tested while the structure is still open, so nothing is chased in later.

04
Phase 04 · Month 4–6

Interiors & finishes

Joinery, flooring, false ceilings, paint and the fine finishes are installed — the design coming to life room by room.

05
Phase 05 · Final 2 weeks

Snagging & handover

We clean, commission, snag-check and photograph the space, then hand over a finished room exactly as it was drawn.
