A 1,600 sqft office interior in Vilupuram built around terracotta brick-tile, warm oak and black steel-framed glass — a brand-marked reception opening into an auditorium, cafeteria and workstations.
Meimathi gives a working office a single warm material language: terracotta brick-tile, oak veneer and black steel-framed glass, lit by ribbon baffles and cove light. The brand mark recurs as a quiet anchor — cast in brass on the reception tile, carved into a topographic feature wall behind the director’s desk — setting the rhythm each space is composed around.
From the reception the plan opens into an auditorium under a folded navy ceiling, a daylit cafeteria beneath terracotta acoustic rafts, glazed cabins and a run of workstations. Material is chosen to serve the geometry of each room rather than decorate it, holding the office together as one calm, branded whole.
